  3. Requirements

  5. Communicate operates on any Macintosh family computer provided it is equipped as follows:

  7. System Software:    7.0 or later
  8. RAM:    At least two megabytes
  9. Hard Disk:    At least two megabytes available
  10.  
  11. Though Communicate is compatible with System 7.0 or later, you should always use the latest System and Finder recommended by Apple Computer for use with your Macintosh.

  14. Installation

  16. Installation is fairly simple, and can be performed by dropping some of the files onto the active system folder.
  17.  
  18. The following files are Communications Toolbox Tools. Drag them to the System Folder, they will be placed in the extensions folder:
  19.         Apple Modem Tool
  20.         XMODEM Tool
  21.         VT102 Tool
  22.  
  23. Drag the following font to the System Folder. It will be placed in the System (7.0) or Fonts Folder (7.1 or better):

  27. What now?

  29. The software is now fully installed on your Macintosh, there is no need to restart. Read on to start Communicating!
